Abstract:
PURPOSE: To wind a long coil in a small space by feeding and spirally winding the coil with the number of revolutions at the time of winding.
CONSTITUTION: The coil which is wound by a wire rod winder and fed into a spiral tube S while rotating is fed by a coil feeder C into the same tube. The number of revolutions of the coil at this time is detected by a detector K2 for number of revolution and a rotary equipment K1 of the straight tube rotates the straight tube 43 at a number of revolutions corresponding to a detected number of revolutions of the coil. As a result, as the coil rotates at the number of revolutions when the wire is wound by a wire winder, it moves in the spiral tube and is wound.
