Abstract:
To spirally wind a relatively hard wire around a relatively soft strap-like core material.SOLUTION: A coil winding device 20 comprises: core material feed-out means 21 which feeds a strap-like core material 11 out of a core nozzle 22 with a fixed tension; core material pull-out means 50 for gripping and pulling out the core material 11 which is fed out of the core nozzle 22, against the tension; wire feed-out means 60 for feeding out a wire 12 in a direction across the core material 11 which is pulled out of the core nozzle 22; a rotary body 37 which is fitted into the core nozzle 22 in a rotatable manner around the core nozzle 22 and where a guide member 86 holding the wire 12 which is fed out of the wire feed-out means 60 together with the core material 11 is eccentrically provided in an end; and rotation means 42 which rotates the rotary body 37, such that the guide member 86 rotated together with the rotary body 37 circulates the wire 12 around the core material 11 in the vicinity of the core nozzle 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
