To provide a coin depositing and dispensing device which allows each coin with different diameters to be surely conveyed and which is miniaturized in the width direction.

The coin depositing and dispensing device includes an auxiliary conveyer belt 12b which is arranged in parallel with a conveyer belt 12a which conveys a coin C supported on the coin conveyance surface 11 to the coin selection side along the coin conveyance direction to be arranged on the side of a conveyance guide part 11a which is provided on the coin conveyance surface 11, includes a slope to gradually narrow down width of a conveyance path of the coin C to be fed from a coin insertion port 2 to guide the coin to be conveyed on one side.
