To provide a coin discrimination lock device of a simple structure which can perform its fine adjustment according to the sizes of coins.
A coin slot is provided on a front base material to form a coin path G with a cylinder lock placed outside the slot and also links to the path G together with a side wall plate 80 which forms the path G, a coin discrimination plate 20 which is placed along a window hole 83 of the plate 80 with its bent piece 22 facing the hole 83 and also forms a horizontal slit 21, and a coin guide plate 82 which has a fixed space against a bent piece 21 of the plate 20 facing the path G and also is set opposite to the piece 21 in the path G. Then the plate 20 is moved right and left within the length of the slit 21 of the plate 20, so that the distance is adjusted between both plates 20 and 82 for discrimination of a coin C.
