Abstract:
To provide a coin processing system and a coin processor capable of smoothly checking whether or not coins are placed in a placement area in an overlapping manner, and improving work efficiency by omitting unnecessary checking work.SOLUTION: A control unit 304 of an operation terminal 8 selectively performs, based on predetermined conditions, a first process that encourages an operator to check a coin placement state in a first placement area and a second placement area when a plurality of coins are determined to be overlapping in these placement areas based on an image captured by a camera 501, and a second process that allows the operator to select either to check the coin placement state in the first placement area and the second placement area or to continue the processing of the coins placed in these placement areas when the plurality of coins are determined to be overlapping in these placement areas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
