PURPOSE: To regularly smoothly input coins in a coin input port device having an opening for inputting the coins and a back surface part continued to the opening, by forming on the surface of the back surface part, a projection part with which the coin inputted to the opening makes contact.

CONSTITUTION: A coil input port device 10 has a back surface member 13 attached on the back surface side of an opening 11 for inputting coins one by one; and a front surface member 16 continued to this side of the opening 11 to form a storing part 15 capable of longitudinally laminating and housing a plurality of coils. The back surface member 13 is formed in such a manner as to be attachable to and detachable from the front surface member 16. As a projection part with which the inputted coin makes contact, a plurality of semicircular projections 17 are formed in positions close to the opening 11 on the opening-side surface 14a of the back surface member 14. The projections 17 has a size and height such that the coin never makes direct contact with the surface 13a of the back surface member 13 but can be slid to the opening 11 without hindrance.
