PURPOSE: To prevent a client lock from coming off at the time of emergency unlocking with a control lock in a coin-operated locker locking device.

CONSTITUTION: A control lock at the front of a lock case is provided at the periphery with a circular arc shape cutout part 64 for regulating the rotating quantity. Keys used for the control lock are to be two kinds, that is, an emergency unlocking exclusive key 65 with a protrusion 65a coming in contact with both end faces 64a of the circular arc shape cutout part 64, and a general key not coming in contact with both end faces 64a of the circular arc shape cutout part 64. In the case of using the emergency unlocking exclusive key 65, this key is not to be rotated into an operating position for taking out a client lock.
