PURPOSE: To reduce trouble of charge by cutting off forcibly the service when an error exists in the result of discrimination and the charge reaches the total amount or the user applies the procedure of the end of service to return coins to a coin storage orbit in error.

CONSTITUTION: The information of storage confirming equipments 13A∼13C is compared with the information of a coin detector 3 by a discriminator 17 and when the information is matched, the service is continued as it is. On the other hand, if two pieces of information are unmatched, a driver 15 actuates a coin ejecting mechanism 5 to eject all coins deposited afterward to a return orbit 4. As to the service, the service is continued with a limit of deposited coins before storage in error and every time prescribed amount of service is offered, coin containing mechanisms 9A∼9C are actuated selectively, required coins are contained and when the amount of coins exceeds the limit or the user commands the end of service, the communication line is cut off to return the excess coins to a return outlet 12.
