A plurality of coins can be inserted at a time into a multiple-coin slot 13 formed in a base 12 that can be removably attached to a coin slot 407a that accepts coins one at a time. The plurality of coins inserted in the multiple coin slot 13 are separated and fed one by one (separating conveying unit 18). The coins fed freely fall. The coins falling freely are guided along a guide unit 20 disposed in the direction of the coin slot, and guided to the coin slot 407a (exit unit 19).
