The device has a built-in pachinko ball counting part which rotates the pachinko ball counting machine 26 according to an output signal from the control part to release the pachinko balls in the downward direction and which then counts the released pachinko balls using the pachinko ball counting sensor 29 to release the pachinko balls from the pachinko ball exit 27.
