Abstract:
To provide a coix seed oil soft capsule pharmaceutical for treating prostate diseases containing 0.05-1.0 g of coix seed oil, and 0.05-1.5 mg of an antioxidant.
Physical and chemical measured values of the coix seed oil respectively consist of an acid value of less than 0.56, an iodine value of 95.00-107.00, a saponification value of 185.00-195.00, specific gravity of 0.914-0.918 (at 20°C), and a refractive index of 1.470-1.475 (at 20°C). When the coix seed oil soft capsule pharmaceutical of this application is administered together with Lupron, the inhibitory action thereof to prostate cancer proliferation is stronger than that when singly using the two pharmaceuticals.
