PURPOSE: To efficiently send a cold air by bringing fog produced by an atomizing mechanism into contact with an air flow generated by the action of a blast mechanism, and cooling said air flow by the endothermic action of the fog being vaporized.

CONSTITUTION: Fog B produced by an atomizing mechanism 2 is taken out by means of the fan 3 of the atomizing mechanism 2. The fog B is brought into contact with an air flow A which is generated by the action of a blast mechanism 1 and almost instantly vaporized. The air flow A is cooled by the endothermic action of the fog B being vaporized, to make a person feel a comfortable coolness. Thereby, a cold air mechanism and an atomizing mechanism can be made compact, while sending a cold air efficiently.
