To provide a cold-hot storage cooling and warming goods in a goods storage, which cools and warms only goods positioned at the bottom of the goods storage, thereby reducing the loading quantity and reducing the quantity of power consumption.
A goods storage 22 comprises therein a storing zone for storing and containing goods at the upper part thereof and a column 21 constituting a temperature adjusting zone for containing goods at the lower part thereof and cooling and warning the goods, and comprises, only in the temperature adjusting zone, a duct 25 from the uppermost part of the temperature adjusting zone to an interior fan 19 for circulating warm air and a clearance forming member 26 for forming a clearance between the lowermost part of the storing zone and the uppermost part of the temperature adjusting zone. By such a configuration, the air from the interior fan 19 circulates only in the temperature adjusting zone to realize the reduction in power consumption.
