Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cold initiator, easy to handle, of high performance in temperature drop, capable of developing cold-initiating effect through temperature drop by mixing with water, consisting mainly of an organic acid and bicarbonate.
CONSTITUTION: The objective cold initiator consisting mainly of (A) an organic acid (e.g., malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, lactic acid, oxalic acid) and (B) a bicarbonate (e.g., sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate).
