To protect a body of an operator working in a cold atmosphere, flame retardant clothes and provide clothes with disaster preventing properties.

The cold-resistant flameproof and disaster preventing clothes are manufactured from a fabric using aramid fibers. The characteristic of the clothes is to have ≥50 wt.% content of the aramid fibers in the fabric and withstand -30°C. The clothes have a three-layer structure prepared by subjecting a fabric of the aramid fibers used in the right side fabric to water repellent finishing and sewing a fabric obtained by carrying out quilting processing of a felt of the same aramid fibers with a lining fabric on the right side fabric.
