Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold roll forming device with which plural products different in dimension, thickness and cross-sectional shape are formed with the forming rolls of the same kind.
SOLUTION: Plural 1st and 2nd movable roll stands 19, 20 are erected on 1st and 2nd movable tables 16, 17 on a base 10, upper and lower roll shafts 21, 22 are extended in a laying state between the 1st and 2nd movable roll stands 19, 20. The upper and lower roll shafts 21, 22 are supported on the 1st and 2nd movable roll stands 19, 20 rotatably and movably in the axial direction by bearing means 27-30 through upper sleeves 23, 24 and lower sleeves 25, 26 which are movable in the direction of the axial line. An upper forming roll 31 and lower forming roll 32 which are respectively symmetrically divided are mounted on the upper sleeves 23, 24 and lower sleeves 25, 26 and, by moving the 1st and 2nd movable tables 16, 17 by adjusting means 33, 34, the intervals between the right and left divided forming rolls of the upper forming roll 31 and lower forming roll 32 are adjusted corresponding to the width dimensions of the base stock for the products.
