PURPOSE: A cold rolling oil composition, containing a specific lubricating oil component and specific dispersing agent consisting of a specific water-soluble high polymer as essential components and capable of exhibiting improved circulation stability of coolants.
CONSTITUTION: A cold rolling oil composition containing (A) a lubricating oil component consisting of one or more selected from fats or oils, the groups of fats or oils, fatty acid esters and mineral oils and (B) a dispersing agent consisting of a water-soluble high polymer which is a terpolymer consisting of (i) an acidic addition salt of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, (ii) 3W10wt%, based on the total monomers, styrene and (iii) acrylic acid at 1:0.2W1:0.4 molar ratio of the components (i) to (iii) as essential components.
