Abstract:
To provide a cold stamping roller capable of effectively avoiding a problem that a printing effect is adversely affected due to bending, wrinkling or the like of a thin substrate during a cold printing process and effectively eliminating a series of problems due to static electricity by an action of air pressure.SOLUTION: A cold stamping roller comprises a rotating roller 100, in which an axially distributed gas medium flow path is formed. Gas pressure acting holes are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotating roller. An air passage port is opened on a radial end surface. The gas pressure acting holes and the air passage port communicate with the gas medium flow path, respectively. By cooperation of an air pump device, a cyclic converting effect of negative pressure gas sucking and positive pressure gas blowing in different process treatment process areas of a substrate is realized by using the air passage port, the gas medium flow path, and the gas pressure acting holes which rotate synchronously along with the rotating roller. It is ensured that the substrate can be adsorbed on a circumferential surface of the rotating roller precisely, smoothly and stably, and can be separated from the circumferential surface of the rotating roller smoothly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
