The coldproof clothes are obtained by attaching storing parts 2 for storing warm-keeping packed bodies 3 in which a warm-keeping material 3a such as feather, cotton and bubbled buffer material is packed, to the lining parts of the body 1 of the clothes. A number of the storing parts 2 are formed in the lining parts so that the warm-keeping packed bodies 3 may be put in or out to or from the storing part 2. The coldproof clothes have a number of the warm-keeping packed bodies 3 having thicknesses allowing a plurality of the warm-keeping packed bodies 3 to be stored in the storing part 2 in the state of being piled in the thickness direction.
