Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain collecting equipment of an exhaust heat of a cookroom which makes it possible to save energy by making use of the exhaust heat from a gas appliance and also to improve a circumferential environment and a working environment in the cookroom.
CONSTITUTION: An exhaust cleaning and exhaust heat collecting water tank 2 disposed adjacently to a gas appliance 1 of a cookroom, a duct 3 for collecting the heat of an exhaust from the gas appliance, the end part of which is opened in the water of the exhaust cleaning and exhaust heat collecting water tank 2, and a heat medium circuit 8 for collecting the exhaust heat from the main body of the gas appliance, which is formed by connecting by a piping 7 an exhaust heat collecting coil 4 provided in the main body of the gas appliance 1, a radiator coil 5 provided in the exhaust cleaning and exhaust heat collecting water tank 2 and an exhaust heat collecting pump 6 together, are provided. Collecting equipment of the exhaust heat of the cookroom comprises further a heat medium circuit 14 for collecting heat for a hot water storage tank, which is formed by connecting by a piping 13 a heat collecting coil 10 provided in the exhaust cleaning and exhaust heat collecting water tank 2, a radiator coil 11 provided in the hot water storage tank 9 and a heat collecting pump 12 together and an exhaust duct 16 which discharges outside the exhaust from the exhaust cleaning and exhaust heat collecting water tank 2, the heat of which is already collected, and has an exhaust fan 15.
