To provide a means for attaining the safe transfer of an opened ampul to an intended facility such as examination institution for opened ampul by perfectly sealing an ampul product having a liquid sealed therein again without impairing the contents after opening it.
A product complaint handling system for pharmaceutical products comprises the following processes. 1) To prepare a sealing kit for opened ampul in a product claim; 2) to seal the opened ampul by use of the sealing kit in order to prevent the leakage of the opened ampul; 3) a sealing means comprising using the sealing kit formed of a liquid-insoluble film and a viscous matter; 4) the sealing means comprises performing the contact with the liquid through the liquid-insoluble film, and fixing the viscous matter so as to cover the film; 5) to fix the sealed opened ampul to the cap of a protective case by use of the adhesion of the viscous matter to control the unnecessary movement within the protective case; and 6) to return the sealed ampul.
