PURPOSE: To obtain the method for discharging efficiently a semi-solid substance filled in a vessel by centrifugal force, and thereafter, collecting the discharged semi-solid substance.

CONSTITUTION: A vessel 1 filled with a semi-solid substance 2 is installed in a space part 15 of a rotating body 14, and also, so that a port part 3 formed in the vessel 1 is turned to the outside against the radial direction of the rotating body 14, and thereafter, the semi-solid substance 2 in the vessel 1 is discharged from the port part 3 of the vessel 1 by an action of centrifugal force generated by a rotation of the rotating body 14. Then, a semi-solid substance 2A which is discharged and adheres to the wall surface 13 is eliminated and collected.
