Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection and utilization method of natural resources.SOLUTION: A dam and water pressure mechanical equipment are provided upstream of a river, and a hydraulic power generation device is provided in the dam, and electric power is generated by using a water flow of the river, and water of the river is extracted by using the water pressure mechanical equipment, and is sent to a water quality measurement facility, to inspect a water quality, and is sent to a drinking water bottling facility, a city water facility or an industrial water facility based on its result. A screening area and a driftwood stop area are provided in the river, and driftwood is sent to a thermal power generation device as fuel, and ballast sorted by a particle diameter is sent to a salinity removal area with heat energy generated from the thermal power generation device as auxiliary energy, to remove salinity. Fresh air is collected by providing an air collection facility in an upstream deep mountain, and is sent to a compression storage facility, and is offered for production of sealing air, or is sent to cooling-heating equipment, and is offered for cooling-heating by fresh and clean air, and required electric power is also supplied by the hydraulic power generation device or the thermal power generation device, or the electric power is supplied by a wind power generation device, a photovoltaic power generation device and a tidal power generation device.
