PURPOSE: To provide a light and small collimation lens which is color-corrected, can be operated in a wide view and within a wide spectral range and whose manufacture is easy.

CONSTITUTION: First lens groups 12 and 14 arranged along an optical axis, a second lens group 20 arranged on the opposite side along the optical axis and a tablet lens element 24 arranged between the lens 14 of the first lens group and the lens 20 of the second lens group along the optical axis are provided. The first lens group and the second lens group respectively have one optical lens element of positive magnification. The tablet lens element 24 contains the first lens element 16 of negative magnification and the second lens element 18 of positive magnification. The first lens element 16 has higher refractive index than that of the second lens element 18 for correcting the color of the collimation lens.
