Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely prevent a hoisted load or the like from colliding against a building in growth by setting the building under construction as an obstacle, and automatically fetching a data of a part enlarged by the construction to perform proximity control.
CONSTITUTION: When a hoisted load 11 is hoisted to approach a building frame 21 as shown by a route P1 by operating a tower crane by an operator, an upper/lower right/left separating distance A of the hoisted load 11 is compared with a preset distance in a control unit, and decelerating/stopping tower crane 1 is automatically controlled, to perform proximity control of the hoisted load 11. Next in the control unit, when the hoisted load 11 is mounted on the building frame 21, a building frame, the building frame 21 plus the hoisted load 11, is automatically recognized as a new obstacle area, to obtain the next proximity control object, and similar proximity control is performed. Accordingly, collision of the hoisted load against a building can be surely prevented.
