PURPOSE: To obtain a colloidally dispersible liq. active compd. compsn. which has stability, activity, etc., superior to those of a conventional aq. active compd. compsn. by compounding an active compd. being very slightly soluble in water, a specific vinylpyrrolidone-based copolymer, a surfactant, and optionally an additive and/or a solvent.

CONSTITUTION: This compsn. contains (A) an active compd. very slightly soluble in water, (B) a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and/or vinylcaprolactam and at least one hydrophobic monomer for decreasing the water solubility of the copolymer, (C) at least one surfactant, and optionally (D) an additive and/or a diluent. As ingredient A are listed dihydropyridine, azole, nitromethylene, arylpyrazoline, valineamide carbamate, benzothiophenecarboxamide, and benzoylurea. The compsn. is useful for producing drugs and plant-protecting compsns.
