Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the labor for work and simultaneously to miniaturize a color change washing valve device by eliminating the labor of reconnecting pipings at the time of exchanging and inspecting valves and, further, to make it possible to cleanly and easily washing the inside of coating material passages.
SOLUTION: The outflow ports Pout, Dout, Cout, Aout of the respective valves Vt, Vd, Va, Vc are communicated with flow passages 5, 20, 21 formed at a manifold 6 when these valves are mounted at this manifold 6. Their inflow ports Pin, Cin, Ain are communicated with supply passages 13, 17, 18 formed at the manifold 6, by which these inflow ports are made connectable via the manifold 6 without directly connecting hoses to the valves Vt, Vd, Va, Vc. A coating material passage 5 for feeding a coating material is communicated with a coater 3 near a connection port 11 communicating with the outflow port Pout of a trigger valve Vt, by which washability is improved.
