Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically decide an interference factor and to apply fine tuning without interrupting an operation by providing interference factor setter which decides the interference factor by using the set value change operation of each dyestuff flow rate controller for step response when a raw material flow rate is changed.
CONSTITUTION: Dyestuff additive rate computing elements 34, 36 and 38 are connected to a raw material flow rate setting value change detector 10, and decide the dyestuff flow rate set values of the dyestuff flow rate controllers 10, 17 and 24 from a raw material W and the added quantity of dyestuffs X-Z. The interference factor setter 40 is connected to a color sensor 30 via a colorimeter 31, and decides the interference factor by using the set value change operation of the dyestuff flow rate controllers 10, 17 and 24 in the step response when the raw material flow rate is changed. Moreover, an additive rate correction computing element 33 is connected to the interference factor setter 40 and the colorimeter 31, and applies additive rate correction to the dyestuff additive rate computing elements 34, 36 and 38 by the interference factor decided from the step response of the dyestuff flow rate controllers 10, 17 and 24 and the measured value of the color sensor 30.
