Title:
COLOR DIFFUSION TRANSFER PROCESS IMAGE RECEIVING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000214562
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a peeling type color diffusion transfer process image receiving element that does not cause peeling in the image receiving element when the image receiving element and a photosensitive element are separated.

At least (1) a neutralization layer, (2) a 2nd timing layer, (3) a 1st timing layer formed by coating with a polymer latex having at least one selected from free carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid and phosphoric acid groups or their salts and (4) a gelatin-containing mordanting layer are successively disposed on a substrate by coating to obtain the objective color diffusion transfer process image receiving element. The 1st timing layer as an image receiving element contains an active halogen, aldehyde and/or epoxy type gelatin hardening agent whose hardening action to the gelatin in the mordanting layer is not impaired even in the polymer latex. During the time from the end of the disposing and drying of the 1st timing layer to the disposing of the mordanting layer, the water content of the 1st timing layer is controlled to >5.4 to <8.5 wt.%.
