PURPOSE: To easily reproduce colors and to obtain an excellent image without a color smear by providing a photosensitive body forming an image carrier with a photosensitive material layer and a color filter layer formed to freely peel off the photosensitive material layer.
CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive body 5 is provided with the photosensitive material layer 2, and a transmissive insulating body having color filters 3 which are provided so as to peel off from the photosensitive material layer 2. The transmissive insulating body of the photosensitive body 5 is uniformly electrified. The uniformly electrified photosensitive body is destaticized simultaneously with the original optical image is projected to the photosensitive body 2 side from the transmissive insulating body side to form a latent image on the surface of the transmissive insulating body. The latent image is developed with a nontransmissive particle. In the filter layer 3, the nontransmissive particle 11 does not attach to the place on which a red 3R, a green 3G and a blue 3B are made incident, whereas the particle 11 attaches to the place on which no color is made incident. Thus whether light is blocked or transmitted is selected, and a sharp color image is obtained on a screen.
