Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make executable colorimetry and inspection of each picture element of a color filter in a short time, by moving the color filter in each direction to be irradiated with measuring light, and by computing colorimetric value of each picture element based on a spectral distribution of a transmitted light image.
SOLUTION: A color filter 2 is laid on a moving stage 11, and light from a light source 31 of a lighting system 4 arranged below is formed into parallel light by a condenser lens 32 to irradiate the filter 2 while moving the filter 2 with a stage driving device 13 in X, Y, Z directions and θ direction (rotational direction around Z direction as an axis). Transmitted light Lt transmitted through the filter 2 is imaged as an image on a light receiving part 5 by an imaging device 4. At that time, the transmitted light Lt is separated into its spectral components by a spectral separation element 53 to be received with a light receiving element 52. A computing processing means 6 computes a colorimetric value of each picture element of the color filter 2 to judge its propriety based on a distribution signal of the transmitted light Lt transmitted through the filter 2 and separated into its spectral components by the element 53.
