Abstract:
To provide color inspection equipment to increase the correlation between the visual result of a color evaluation and the color measured by a machine, to create a color calculation formula in consideration of the characteristics of human eyes, and to evaluate the color by using this.SOLUTION: The color inspection equipment automatically measures a color difference between an inspection target image and a reference image based on a specific color calculation formula, and includes an extracting unit for extracting a plurality of items of feature information from an inspection target area and its surrounding region in a plurality of reference images corresponding respectively to the plurality of inspection target images for determining the color calculation formula and the inspection target image, respectively; a learning processing unit for weighting a plurality of items of feature information consisting of a combination thereof as a variable of the color calculation formula; and a storage unit for storing the coefficients obtained by weighting and the color calculation formula assigned to these coefficients.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
