Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent glass fibers from being bitten into the surface of a flattening agent and to uniformly adjust a cell gap without disconnecting electrode films. CONSTITUTION:One set of glass panels 6, 6 disposed to face each other are stuck to each other by an adhesive 7 and striped color filters 9 are formed on at least one glass panel 6. The flattening agent 11 which flattens the surface of the one glass panel 6 is formed to cover the color filters 9 and the transparent electrodes 4 are laminated on this flattening agent 11. Glass fibers as a gap material are incorporated into the adhesive. The density of the glass fibers to be incorporated is specified to 3 to 10wt.%. The hardness of the flattening agent is specified to H to 4H pencil hardness.
