PURPOSE: To obtain a positive pigment image having the high image density by mounting a dye providing material and a specified electron donative body on a supporting body.

CONSTITUTION: The titled material comprises at least a photosensitive silver halide, a binder and the dye providing material capable of releasing a movable dye, adversely corresponding to a reaction of reducing a silver ion to silver, and the electron donative body shown by formula I or II. In the formula, A1, A2 and R1WR4 are each hydrogen atom., etc., the total of the carbon numbers of the groups R1WR4 is ≥8. And, the groups R1 and R2 or the groups R3 and R4 in formula I, and the groups R1 and R2, R2 and R3 or R3 and R4 in formula II together with each other may form a satd. or an unsatd. ring respectively. The positive pigment image which has less stain and the high image density and the good discrimination is obtd.
