CONSTITUTION: When a video signal is impressed on an input terminal 10, a chroma signal is demodulated to obtain three primary color signals R, G and B in a chrominance signal processing circuit 19. In this case, a color shading correction signal forming circuit 14 generates a correcting signal of a certain waveform corresponding to the color shading and impresses said correcting signal to an adjusting terminal of a phase adjusting circuit 12. It adjusts the phase of a subcarrier of 3.58MHz, that is, the output of a VCO for comprising a color synchronization circuit 11. The chroma from the circuit 11 is inputted by an RGB demodulator circuit 13. Then the chroma is demodulated with the subcarrier from the circuit 12 as a reference signal to obtain a primary color signal. At this time, the phase of the subcarrier is changed by a phase adjusting voltage inputted to the circuit 12, and the hue of a screen is changed.
