Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition including a coloring material with excellent rectangle properties in a cross-sectional shape of a pattern after image development, and also to provide a color filter and a solid-state image sensor using the same.SOLUTION: A color filter uses a photosensitive composition including a coloring material including at least: a coloring material; a dispersant; a polymer; a photoinitiator; a photopolymerizable monomer with a molecular weight of 300-1000 and having 2-6 functional number per molecule; a photopolymerizable oligomer with a molecular weight of more than 1000 and 3000 or less and having 2-10 functional number per molecule; and a solvent, so that a color filter having excellent cross sectional rectangle properties can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
