Abstract:
To provide a colorant which does not cause discoloration or fading even when exposed to high temperature conditions at the time of molding by virtue of having high heat resistance, does not cause color transfer to a mold and other resin parts by virtue of excellent bleeding resistance and excellent sublimation resistance, and does not impair the physical properties of the thermoplastic resin to be added.SOLUTION: There is provided a naphthalimide compound represented by the formula (1). (In the formula, R1 is H, or a substituted/unsubstituted amino group or a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group; R2 is a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, and a substituted/unsubstituted amino group; R3 is H, an amino group, an amide group, an alkoxy group, a carboxy group, a hydroxy group, a sulfo group, and a sulfonamide group; A is a linear or branched hydrocarbon group, a benzene ring, or a naphthalene ring; m is a number of 0 to 2, n is a number of 1 to 3.).SELECTED DRAWING: None
