Abstract:
To provide a method for suppressing the color fading of a colored composition containing a lycopene-containing colorant, and to obtain the colored composition.
The colored composition contains the lycopene-containing colorant and vitamin K2. The concentration of vitamin K2 is 0.0001-0.5 wt.%. The method for suppressing the color fading of the colored composition contains a step to add and mix vitamin K2 to the colored composition containing the lycopene-containing colorant. The addition concentration of vitamin K2 is 0.0001-0.5 wt.%.
