PURPOSE: To obtain a panel of decorative effect and color of a wide range of types by depositing already sufficiently impregnated particulate continuously on a base layer, prepressurizing at least after flattening an upper layer, and cutting it on the panel.
CONSTITUTION: A vermiculite coated from a belt 10 of a bent conveyor is discharged in a double hopper 12 of a multilayer distributing and dispersing unit 12 to form a lowermost layer, i.e., a base layer. The dispersing unit has two subunits A, B. The subunit A distributes coated particles on the belt 25 of the conveyor in one or separate two layer state. The second subunit B has a role of distributing colored particles for constituting the colored surface layer. The subunits are supported on a vibration table 48 of a molding press (shaping press) by a slide support 49.
