Abstract:
To provide a colored pattern in a form of a high-resolution fine pattern.SOLUTION: Embodiments of the present invention provide a colored photosensitive composition and a colored pattern formed therefrom. The colored photosensitive composition includes a binder resin having a first repeating unit and a second repeating unit represented by a predetermined chemical formula, a colorant, a photopolymerizable compound, a photoinitiator, and a solvent. The combination of the first and second repeating units enables formation of a colored pattern in a form of a high-resolution fine pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: None
