Abstract:

To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition having high line width sensitivity and excellent linearity, suppressing reticulation in development, and giving a cured film with excellent heat resistance, and allowing formation of a pattern with little reduction in brightness after post baking.

The colored photosensitive resin composition contains (A) a colorant, (B) a binder resin containing a structural unit in the molecule selected from a structural unit comprising an allylmethacrylate compound and an acrylate compound structural unit having an N-substituted maleimide group, (C) a polymerizable compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator comprising an oxime compound having a carbazole structure including thiophene, and (E) a solvent. The content of the (D) photopolymerization initiator is 5 mass% or more and 15 mass% or less.
