To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition from which a pattern with high resolution and durability can be obtained.

The colored photosensitive resin composition contains the following (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F). They are: (A) a colorant; (B) a resin obtained by reacting (c) described below with a copolymer prepared by copolymerization of (a) and (b) described below; (C) a polymerizable compound; (D) a polymerization initiator; (E) a polyfunctional thiol compound; and (F) a solvent. The compounds used to obtain the resin (B) are: (a) at least one kind selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride; (b) a monomer having an unsaturated bond copolymerizable with (a) and different from (a); and (c) a monomer having a 2-4C cyclic ether skeleton and an ethylenically unsaturated bond.
