Abstract:

To provide a colored pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for processing and protecting a green sheet, which accurately detects a burr and a waste of film in punching processing.

The colored pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for processing and protecting a green sheet is prepared by laminating the adhesive layer to a resin film. At least one of the resin film and the adhesive layer contains a colored component. The adhesive sheet has a* value of 20 to 90 and b* value of -10 to 100. Preferably the adhesive sheet has a haze value of ≥20%.
