Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a soloring agent composition which is discharged towards the criminal from a discharge unit provided on a device for tracking, e. g. robbers to thereby deposit on the clothing of the criminal to serve as a mark and therefore can be utilized for chasing and arresting the escaped criminal.
CONSTITUTION: This composition contains a dyed acrylic resin emulsion, a binder, a stabilizing agent and water. This composition can be stably preserved for a long time and can be jetted as a very fine line of continuous or discontinuous stream so as to deposit on the clothing, e. g. at the lower half of the body of a criminal.
