Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column for guard fence that has a structure such that substantially no noise is generated when the column for guard fence is buried, and the guard fence.SOLUTION: At a lower end part of a column body 11 formed of a cylindrical body, a plurality of chips 12 are provided at substantially equal intervals in its peripheral direction, and the chips 12 each have a fitting part 14 fitted to the lower end part of the column body 11 and a blade part 15 projecting downward from a lower end of the column body 11. Further, a cut part 18 is formed by cutting a side wall 111 extending upward from the lower end of the column body 11, and the fitting part 14 of the chip 12 is fitted in the cut part 18.
