Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the harvesting loss due to falling off of grain culms by automating engaging and disengaging operations of a reaping clutch, improving the operability and sufficiently performing take-over of the grain culms from a reaping pretreatment device to a feed chain of a threshing device.
SOLUTION: This combine harvester is composed by installing a reaping pretreatment device 4 in front of a mobile device 2 having a threshing device on the upper side so as to connect and disconnect the transmission to the reaping pretreatment device 4 through a reaping clutch 23 installed in a rotation transmission passage from a prime mover 22. The reaping clutch 23 is composed so as to be automatically engaged by the advance of the machine body and automatically disengaged by the stopping of the travel or backing of the machine body. Furthermore, the reaping clutch 23 is composed so that the engaging and disengaging operations can optionally be performed with a manually operating tool S.
