Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a combined body of ceramics and metal wherein good properties can be always obtained.
CONSTITUTION: In a combined body of ceramics and metal, after separating a protruded part 15 in a ceramics shaft end of the combined body from a recessed part 25 in a metal shaft end, a diameter X of the protruded part 15 in the ceramics shaft end and an internal diameter Y of the recessed part 25 in the metal shaft end satisfy relation ship of 50μm≤X-Y≤≤50μm further with Rz 1.5μm or less surface roughness in an internal peripheral direction of the recessed part 25 in the metal shaft end.
