The combined operating type electronic part comprises a mounting plate 1, a frame part 2 that is capable of rocking using the supporting shaft 2a supported by this mounting plate 1 as a rotating axle, an operating knob 5 of cylindrical shape that is supported by this frame part 2 rotatably, a rotating type pulse switch 6 of enclosed structure that generates a rectangular wave interlocked with the rotation of this operating knob 5, a flexible substrate 7 that is connected to the rotating type pulse switch 6, and a push button switch 8 of self-reset type that operates driven by the frame part 2 rocked in one direction. The rotating type pulse switch 6 is housed in the recessed part 5a that is provided at one end in the axis direction of the operating knob 5.
