PURPOSE: To obtain a combined toy and a playing device which start the traveling of the traveling toy when a doll is set on the traveling toy, and carries out direction change and stop of traveling by an obstacle.

CONSTITUTION: A combined toy consists of a doll B and a traveling toy A, and the traveling toy is equipped with a body, wheel driven by a motor, switch 4 for starting the motor, a magnetic body plate 14 for holding the doll set on the traveling toy, and a stopper switch 11 for suspending the operation of the motor. The doll is equipped with a conductor plate for turning ON the switch 4 when the doll is set on the traveling toy, and a permanent magnet for attracting the magnetic body plate 14 of the traveling tuy. When the doll is set on the body, the motor is started to travel the traveling toy, and when the side surface of the body contacts an obstacle, traveling is performed by changing direction towards the obstacle, and when the stopper switch 11 is pushed in by the obstacle, the motor 2 suspends revolution, and the traveling toy stops at that position.
