PURPOSE: To reduce a process to fix a bedsill and fix firmly the bedsill.

CONSTITUTION: A framework is assembled on a footing at a shifted position from an existing building to erect a wall by workers between the framework and the existing building. And then the framework with wall is shifted to the existing building and the sill of frames are fixed to the footing. In this process, the anchor bolt 3 of the footing 2 is buried so as to protrude at the bottom of a recessed part 4 at the upper face, in the screw part thereof. The joint 8 has a screw hole 9 at the bottom plate and a pierced plain bolt hole 10 at the top and a nut 12 is arranged to be axially movable. A screw hole 9 is fitted to the upper screw part of the anchor bolt 3 and the joint 8 is fitted in the recession 4 of the footing. After the framework is shifted and the bolt hole 7 of the sill 5 coincides with the bolt hole 10 of the joint, a bolt 6 is inserted into the bolt holes 7, 10 and screwed with the nut 12 and fastened firmly.
